As a courtesy to our patients, we file insurance claims for most companies. Like many insurance plans, dental insurance can be confusing, especially because it is very different from your medical insurance coverage. While your insurance plan is a contract between you an your carrier, we can assist you in understanding the provisions and exclusions of your dental insurance. Additionally, if the initial claim for payment of service is denied or delayed we will file one follow up claim on your behalf with further documentation requested by your carrier.

Financing options are available. Our objective is to not allow the cost of dental treatment prevent our patients from receiving the quality dental care that they need. Therefore, we provide the following financial options:
• Same-as-cash, interest-free credit line. Monthly payments can be made up to 12 months interest free through Care Credit. Credit application required.
• 5% accounting discount for all treatment over $500.00 that is paid in full with cash or check prior to treatment commencing. Not applicable with option #1.
• Three equal monthly payments: 25% initial down payment plus 3 equal monthly payments. A signed contract and guaranteed credit card are required.
Broken Appointment Policies
Patients who fail to keep their scheduled appointments without adequate notice can cause problems for both the office as well as other patients. We are better able to schedule you promptly and in your desired time slot if we know sufficiently in advance that you need to reschedule an appointment.
